Thanks for this comment. Two parts I’ll add: if you only learned about the names but never from them, that’s even worse because it suggests that, in history, the only folks allowed to create and originate mathematical through (without interrogation) are old white men. Also, I started out with a computer science background in an engineering school so the STEM is strong with this one. The math education came in later after I decided to teach.

Still, I appreciate the thoughtfulness here.
